Kick Start Your Morning

Cherry Almond Smoothie

This power drink will kick start your morning with its rich almond milk, creamy almond butter and the cherry on top? Sweet cherries. It is rich in proteins and carbohydrates and has just about everything you need to start off you Monday morning. For a little more sweetness add some sugar, or for the calorie conscious, honey will work just fine!

Serves 4


2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 packet of frozen/fresh cherries
1/4 cup creamy, raw almond butter

Mix all the ingredients in a grinder and puree until smooth.
Pour in a cup.

It's that simple!
